What to do with my bounty?

I don't drink a lot of soda. I avoid caffeine most of the time, other than an occasional iced tea or coffee...but anyway, no carbonated beverages in my fridge.

And yet: I am OBSESSED with My Coke Rewards Points!

Lucky for me, Brian drinks A TON of diet coke, and my mom saves points for me too. And now Brian's dad is hoarding them for me - last week he gave me a box chock full of 200 points! That's a lot of bottle caps, believe you me. You can only enter 120 points per week so I have to wait until next week to put them all in.

(FYI: 12 pack =10 pts, bottles =3 pts. The 24 packs give you 25 points, but those are rare, unless you're having a party. Or have a Costco membership.)

ReadyMade, 133 pts
So far I've gotten a few things - like magazine subscriptions to Readymade and Everyday Food (which is the perfect size to fit in my purse and read on the subway, btw...)
Everyday Food, 200pts
Plus several snapfish photo books which make great gifts, as well as a plethora of prints and posters.

They also have these cute photo stickers but don't know what I'd do with them...maybe if I have a party where I have to send invitations in the mail I can get those. Or if I go to camp or something. I'll hold off for now.

But now I have over 2100 points, and feel like I should spend them, but can't decide how!
Stainless Steel Cookware Set, 2000pts
Other beverage consumers near and dear to me have worked so hard to get here, and I don't want to squander it.

Stoneware Mixing Bowl Set, 2000pts
The fanciest rewards are 2000 points, so I can have anything I want! But what should that be?

I always love kitchen stuff, like stainless steel pots and pans or some nice mixing bowls. Cupboard space is at a premium in my apartment, though, so odds are I wouldn't have anywhere to put them for the time being.

Rechargeable Cordless Screwdriver, 2000 pts
I suppose a screwdriver/mini drill would be useful, but kind of boring...the coolest thing is probably the fancy binoculars that also take digital pictures and video, but until my PI business gets off the ground, I don't know how much I need those.

Hmmm...what do you think?

  1. Wow, that is awesome! I'm a sucker for cookware and such too. I love the red bowls and the pots and pans. I think I'd choose the red bowls.
